Marisa Lodewijks makes big jump on AM Topvrouwen List

Marisa Lodewijks has been the Director of Ingage Aetos Franchise since September 1, 2021. That makes her the first female director of the largest Dutch franchise organisation for mortgage advice. Lodewijks has more than earned her spurs in the financial advice world. She has worked for Ingage Aetos Franchise since May 1, 2015, and was their Commercial Director from 2018 to 2021. It was a logical step for her to take over the baton from Mark de Rijke halfway through last year. Lodewijks: “Actually, I’m not that bothered about lists. Certainly not when they judge people on the basis of gender, race, or any other criteria that you don’t need to do anything for. Even so, I’m proud of my jump in the AM Topvrouwen-lijst, because it’s down to what I’ve achieved. I’m happy to be judged against the route I’m taking with Ingage Aetos Franchise, the results I achieve and the vision I’m promoting.”

The AM Topvrouwen list, which counts the 100 top women in the insurance field in the Netherlands, was presented for the ninth time this year. AM published the list on International Womens’ Day (March 8). For more information, see the AM Topvrouwen List (in Dutch).
